Nothing but attitude when you walk up to the counter. It's as if you are bothering them because you need something fixed rather than buying a new piece of equipment. Always backed up for weeks no matter what time of year you go there. They tell you one amount of time and then it ends up being twice as long with absolutely no communication at all. Horrible Service, dropped off my mower and was told it would be 4 weeks until it would be ready. Called back 4 weeks later and they hadn't even looked at it. Waited another 1 1/2 weeks due to holiday and called back to find out they still hadn't even looked at it and couldn't give me an estimated time it would be looked at.
