Amazing location only 10 min from south beach and 5 min from down town Miami. Very secure building gated security and front desk receptionist. amazing pool,gym,and views of the city and river. also five blocks from marlins stadium. great walking neiborhood with river walk!!

I just moved in to this place and I LOVE IT!!!! I love the beautiful white tiles and stainless steal appilances that all the unit have to offer. My husband and I are also impressed with the help of the leasing office from time we talk in to the time we moved in. I would highly recommend Terrazas. :0)

No guest parking located in the ghetto nothing and I mean nothing in the area except an awful Winn Dixie. Planes out of MIA Airport flying directly over the building constantly you truly feel like you are living on airport property. You will routinely find trash in the parking lot residents will clean out their car in their own parking spot and some leave trash by the elevators at the parking...

BEWARE this place is awful I cant wait for this lease to end. The staff here is horrible the property manager Denise Cunto is a venereal disease. The actual development is nice but the staff causes the tenants trepidation when they have a pet also the blunt and insolent ways the property manager speaks to the tenants makes me think she was a trolop and use to work with johns. Stay far away.
