It took me contacting the complaint dept., a supervisor at corporate and the liaison dept at corporate to get a response from the local manager. Customer service at the local level is poor. I had 3 appointments canceled. The manager intervened for me in order to get his technician to my house on my third appointment.
They don't show for appointments and they change times without letting you know. When you try to call no one picks up the phone. When you call the home office you get the run-around.
The appointment scheduling is non-existent. I waited for 2 hours (my scheduled time) and no show for today (about the 4th year this has happened). After an email on Dec 27 said make sure someone is home Dec 31. Call to let them know, corporate can't get ahold of anyone. No one knows what's going on. Meanwhile, I miss work to have this done. And they expect $200+ per year for continued service...
