Teresa came to help us sell our home after it had been on the market for 6 months with very few showings. She brought in a new photographer, gave us tips on better staging, and brought us 10 times the showings we had had previously! She knew just the right price point to sell the house. She is a consummate professional and I highly recommend her!

We have bought and sold with Teresa and both times she went above and beyond to ensure she worked for us and not for the other party. She always ensured our questions were answered and kept us informed every step of the way. Her practices were very unethical. All she cared about was selling us any house. She offered higher than what we asked her to. When showing us houses she didn't make herself Available as she could have and even showed up late once. We waited 30 minutes for her.

Teresa worked avidly and successfully to sell our property and completed the sale at the listed price. We appreciate her excellent service. A previous agent was not successful.
