Yes I know, four stars... But keep this in mind, when comparing to other buffets in Richmond they are about the best (*that I've found so far and there have been some disasters...). So with that...

Pretty average food. The appeal of it is that it's quick, cheap, and good for accommodating large parties. I'll admit that I really enjoyed the custard bun and taro bun and got two of each.
