Temperature Control has been great. I use them for both of my businesses, and have been very happy. Thier work is well done and jobs completed timely and efficiently.
The company called back right away and was able to come out the same day. The technician was courteous, on time, and was able to correctly diagnosis and fix our AC. The price was a lot higher than I felt it should be and after looking up afterwards some of the freon costs and capacitor costs compared to what they charged I felt like they over charged by 30-40% for those things.
Communication was very good; tech was able to come out that day and fixed problem right then. We had concerns that evening, called them, spoke with answering service, and were called back within 10 mins by the on-call tech and the tech who did our repair.
