A dining concept based on the soba noodle is produced by the owner of popular Tei Tei and Teppo restaurants.

Tei-An, one of two 5 Star restaurants in Dallas is EXCELLENT

It may seem that this place is not for everyone - but that is NOT the case. If you are interested in exotic Japanese food, then you can order from the specials menu or ask for Omakase (Chef's Choice.) But remember that this is a Japanese Soba house - one of very few in the US, and the only one not on either coast. It is EXTREMELY authentic.
Soba is simply buckwheat noodles - but they are prepared to exacting standards. You can get cold or hot varieties of the noodles in various preparations and with many delicious sauces. It's very accessible to any palate and very tasty. Give it a shot!...

The taste of both dishes was disappointing. For a...

In ShortA bar sits far left for the casual sake sipper, while the intimate dining area flows right with dim lighting, grey concrete walls and stark art made of organic materials and Asian table art. Anchored is an asymmetric, U-shaped bar where people dine and admire the lack of noisy TV programs and other typical flash. An Asian staff is cloaked in non-pretentious Asian wear and is reverent to...
