Very displeased by the employees here, not helpful at all and a lot of long faces, very awkward. I am not very knowledgeable with tea so it was very frustrating to get short answers and no help at all. They need to take some customer services classes from Teavana in San Diego California, wow, what a difference! Will try another store as this dissapointed.
