BAD customer service! I took some team shirts in to get personalized, and once I got to my car, I realized one was messed up. It looked like there was some residue left over between the letters from applying the name. When I asked what happened and if it could be fixed, I was told they messed it up, had to cover up their mistake, and apply the correct name over it. No apology was uttered AND the guy blamed me for the mistake, saying the list I gave him was misread by his employee.
