Poor Quailty & Unprofessional Businessmen

In September 2012, we ordered high end, maple, bath vanities with a dark-wash glaze for $5,800 and we received the poorest quality in cabinetry available and to-date we still awaiting replacements! Cabinet face-fronts have cracks in the frames, finish on the drawers and some doors are rough and cracked at the seams. Tongue and groove on all drawers are not aligned and are terribly splintered. Overall color is inconsistent and/or not glazed. Co-Owner/Wife, Tammy Thompson, offered a 50% refund under terms to release TCI from any further responsibility - requesting I contact the manufacturer for further assistance. TCI has failed to take responsibility for this matter; therefore, we are forced to file a suit! Gave them 1 star, but they deserve -2...
