The only reason I'm giving TCS a rating of 2 is because someone tried to remedy our situation with three months of service, but we are STILL having problems. I'd give it a 1 if it wasn't for that small act of customer service and Brynn's constant level head, even when I'm about to lose it.

Don't get me wrong, TCS offers a great service and the customer service is unmatched. Up until last night I would have given a full 5 stars. However, my panel has been going off since last night. I talked to Dynamark only for them to keep telling me that they contacted a technician.
