Their product quality is poor.After 9 months the valance was torn by the wind and the metal frame was rusting.Their customer service is poor.They gave me the runaround for over 3 months.I resent photos of the problem on three occasions.They never responded to me on any of my numerous contacts to them.They advertise 100 years of excellent customer service.What they mean is they are very nice to...
