I was very sorry to hear that this outstanding tea place was closing in May 2010. It had the best food served along with tea. The scones were freshly made, the tea sandwiches were scrumptious and delicious, the tiny bowl of soup was great, and the tiny desserts were heavenly.

My friend and I arrived without reservations on a recent weekday. The hostess/owner checked with the kitchen to see if we could be accommodated, and we were, and in fine style.
The room is divided into a section for tea with another area stocked with unique gift items, teas, etc. It's very lovely , with the sound of a water...
