Help us make it rightDO NOT LIVE HERE! The roach infestation is incurable, the parking lots are full of kids all day and night. People are always loitering around outside. The maintenance is shoddy if you call in with a complain it either gets ignored or if they finally come in they do a h@!%!**#~d job fixing it so it breaks again. In June of 09 my A/C broke and it took them until September to even admit that it wasn't working and then another month to replace it! it was over 90 degrees in the apartment every single day, all summer long! The roaches are the worst infestation I've ever seen in my life and no matter what you do you can't get rid of them. they have a guy come in once a year and spray a few corners which does nothing I've set off bug bombs set out traps done everything I can get my hands on and I still see multiple reaches every day. It's disgusting SO NOT LIVE HERE! YOU'LL REGRET IT
