Blender has been broken according to staff for over a month now. It's summer, how does the blender not get fixed? Just seems strange.

Ordered a caramel macchiato and cup was barely 3/4 full. Second drink was a breve latte with four shots. Came out as four shots with a little bit of half-and-half and they added some thing sugary...

This Target is located in the Richland Marketplace shopping center in Quakertown Pa. I am not always in Quakertown (I'm up Route 309 in Souderton) but I have stopped in this Target a few times...
