Don't even want to leave a star. Tried calling this Target for about 30 minutes and no answer from any department. I would expect this from a competitor but not Target, very discouraging!!

Called every department and no answer from any. I just get disconnected after about 3 minutes of ringing. Does no one answer the phones here? At this time of night the volume isn't busy.
