Tarbell's offers a straightforward menu of fresh seasonal foods. Favorites of the restaurant include grilled salmon with molasses lime glaze and an award winning take on pepper steak with au gratin potatoes. The restaurant provides a selection for vegetarians as well, and fine wine choices too.
"The Weekly Flight," featuring a generous sampling of three red or white wines, is a bargain at $9.
Experienced bartenders excel at mixing classic gin and vodka martinis, but are happy to whip up specialty concoctions (appletinis, cosmopolitans, lemon drops) upon request.
