I guess my experience differs from that of the other reviewers. I had gone to Dr. Tarantolo with the goal of being re-started on my psychiatric medications; since he is a psychiatrist, this didn't seem to me absurd. Something about this bothered him though. He was exactly what I needed and I didn't even know. He really helped me open up about things and gave excellent feedback that made me instantly feel a little better about my streasors.
