Just moved to the area and was recommended to try this place. Great atmosphere as I walked in, friendly front desk and good upbeat music on the radio. I was a few minutes early for my appointment but was taken right away. Explained to Summer exactly what I wanted and she did a fantastic job. Even booked my next appointment (which I NEVER do!!)

I have been going to summer for about a year now. She is amazing! She listens to what you want, styles it, then tells you how she does it.
I used to go to ulta...but they weren't as nice or listened to what I want. Tanglez is great! They even call to remind you about your appointment- which is needed when you have a busy life!

Just there with a client and the girls were too busy talking to each other and doing their hair to even speak with me. I couldn't believe I saw multiple employees doing their hair during business hours. I was thinking of getting my hair dyed but nobody even spoke to me. They had plenty of chance to get a new loyal customer but nobody took a second to even try. I listened to them talk about...
