I'm a college student and I work full time. The rent is reasonable and I enjoy my apartment. They move-in process was not long and drawn out like some other apartments in the area and the staff was very professional.Maintenance is pretty good to when needed. Overall good renting experience, and I feel safe and comfortable in my apartment.

I am a prospective tenant and visited this weekend. In most cases websites can be somewhat deceptive but in this case I was highly impressed. The website was very well put together and nicely done. However, when I arrived at the Welcome Center on Saturday morning I ventured out into the complex first to make my observation and it was extremely clean, appeared very safe and friendly. Tanglewood was the most impressionable of apartments that I looked at on Saturday. The other apartments I looked at did not impress me at all, which had baloncies and washers and dryers etc. Tanglewood...

I love my new apartment! It is spacious and great price. The apartment community has some nice amenities to offer their residents. The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well as the maintenance staff. The grounds are beautiful.

Originally satisfied when I was paying 630 monthly. However, with rent increasing every 6 months, I've become annoyed with the noise level (thin walls, thin floorboards); filthy laundry room with broken machines (I've lost several dollars investing in machines that didn't work; battles with cockroaches and spiders; clogged faucets, etc...

Overall, for under $700, this is a decent apartment...
