Be careful! It is very hard to cancel your membership! They keep charging your card for months after you ask them to stop! Their hours aren't the best either! Tan 'n Tone has much better hours...

Outstanding beds! Outstanding Customer Service! When I signed up for my membership, I was given a contract that said when I needed to cancel, so no problems there at all. They do take their last time 30 minutes before they close, but so does every salon in Blacksburg so no beating that.. As far as the girls running the place... they know their stuff! Great sales and specials all the time.. LOVE...

Remember that their membership is only cancellable in writing, so if you've moved, as I have, you either have to drive in to sign a paper or fax or mail in an official form once the official form is mailed or faxed to you. This is not ethical treatment of their customers.
