I have taken my Frenchton to Tail Waggin Ranch ever since he was old enough to go and he loves it there. The staff always seems to be in a good mood and happy to be there. They are very polite and always answer all of my concerns and questions. I know I am an over protective mom but I feel that the staff at Tail Waggin Ranch take care of my baby. Jeremy and Rodney are Squids two favorite staff...

Three times we've taken our dogs to this place. Each time, we'd asked that they be groomed and it was not done. The weekend of January 18 we dropped them...

We have taken our dogs there 3 times. Twice the requested Grooming was " forgotten/ not done", and last time our female Golden Retriever returned from the Kennel with Kennel Cough AND PREGNANT. The owner has refused to contact us after 2-3 weeks of back and forth with the Manager. The Staff feels it is fine to leave unfixed males and females together in " Play Time", and leave them unattended....

My dogs are here for boarding all the time. Grooming is a different story. First triend in Jam 2013 for grooming. They were both sent in for full grooming and flea baths. I founf them very Expensive ($45 more than I pay elsewhere)and my dogs still came back stinky with long nails and fleas. Not a happy customer for the grooming part
