Customer service was horrible tonight. We placed an order on the app. Went through the drive thru to be handed one bag that did not contain enough food for 5 people and was not half of our order. Went to door to try to get...corrected - ignored. Went to window on foot- refused service. Got back in drive thru, waited 20 minutes to get to window to still leave without a WHOLE cravings box. Polite/accommodating staff. Clean establishment. Prices are reasonable. Refills on drinks. Our burrito tortillas were cold. Perhaps if they could briefly grill them, after putting them together, it would be much better.Other than that, it was a nice experience
