Worst Taco Bell in area. Consistently messes up orders. Makes me wonder what else they mess up

So this TB is the one nearest us and we actually agreed to start driving further to avoid food from it. The last three times we ordered from them, they messed up our order. The first time we chalked it up to just a mistake....But after three times it’s clearly that this is a systematic issue and makes me wonder what else they are messing up on or skimping on.

If you do not want end up in hospital don't eat here. The cashier goes from handling money at the register straight with germs to make your fully contaminated drink with his hands in the ice...

I use to go to this one all the time. Tonight, it was terrible. The drive thru lady even said the don't se refried bean,plus gave me the wrong tacos after even telling her at the window. Thank god...
