Service was awful...arrived at 11am...did not get meal until 12:20...food was fair...will not be back...

Waiter was good, but waiting over a half hour after we put in our order was crazy especially since we got there with reservations before 5 pm and well before it got crazy busy. Waiter said that the kitchen was backed up.

Worst dining experience I've had. As a prior server I always tip,even when it wasn't great service. I couldn't leave a tip for a server who refused to look at us,bring us food or drinks and completely ignored us.

Our waitor was not very attentive, but the staff were friendly. The menu was limited, but there was a nice variety. The food was good, but nothing spectacular. I definitely don't think the food was worth the price, but it's downtown Richmond so you expect things to be slightly more expensive. I would eat there again if I was staying at the Marriott, but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat there.

Easy walking distance from Richmond CenterStage (old Carpenter Center). Located in the Marriott. Across the street from the Convention Center. My review may not be all that fair. We hit them at a weird time. 4:00 pm in the middle of a shift change. Servers lost us in transition so we waited a long time to order but food was good and the price was fair.
