They took care of my issue on the day that I called then suggested some improvements so it didn't happen again. When I called them to schedule they connected me to the plumber that was coming...

Syracuse Plumbing came and fixed a big error done by the flooring guy and set the toilet correctly. Without them the toilet would have leaked and being on the second floor, would have ruined the ceiling in our kitchen.

Syracuse plumbing installed my shower tray out of level and with so few screws that it moved when I stepped into it. They didn't follow manufacturer's requirements for bedding. I didn't discover it until work had been done on the walls. They said they would stand behind their work and pay for the cost of what had to be taken out, but they didn't. The shower riser was not centered so they had to redo that. The shower mixer is still crooked. Also the toilet flange is installed too low.
