I love this family! That's what Synergy is, a wonderful motivating FUN family that you work out with. After just 3 weeks of going to regular team training and small group classes I can fit in a bathing suit that wouldn't fasten when I joined! The workouts are always hard, but thanks to great trainers with a focus on form anyone can do them!

I've been to a lot of gyms... Had a lot of trainers...but this is by far my favorite. The trainers are all equally awesome! I am one of those people who needs a trainer - but refuse to pay...
