What a peaceful and quiet stay! The place is so relaxing and the food was excellent!the fireplace was so nice! I love the way staff will greet and assist very accommodating and you will feel at home! I will recommend it to all my office mate! A well place to stay!

Just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Stayed on a business trip for one night, got the mountain view room on the top floor. It is quite spacious and comfortable to stay. I was first impressed by the view from my room in the morning, and then by the quality of the breakfast! Wish I could stay again! It is cheaper...

My family recently made our first trip to the mountains of NC. Which we hope to be the beginning of a family tradition. We spent several days at the Switzerland Inn. What a quaint place to stay. The best part of our trip was our waitress in the chalet restaurant named Holly. She was so friendly and helpful

Not only did Holly offer excellent service, but went above and beyond by helping us with places to visit and directions to where we wanted to go. She told us of the Inn's history and why she liked working there. We were sorry she wasn't working every morning and evening that we were there.

We only planned on staying one night in Nov. but fell in love with the place and stayed for two more. Family owned and run by warm and friendly people. They gave us a good deal on a room with a view. The lobby is very inviting with a large fireplace, a cheerful Christmas tree and a wall of windows...
