On Mother's Day, my husband and I took my parents to Swift Mill Creek Playhouse to see A Grand Night For Singing. It was a first visit for all of us. What a wonderful find! We thoroughly enjoyed an excellent performance. The players were very talented in singing/dancing to many of the songs made famous by Rodger's and Hammerstein. What a wonderful find! I regret that we did not stay afterwards for dinner.

We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere and were delighted to check out the Tavern downstairs with cozy atmosphere and room for dancing to live music keyboardist appealing to the 35+ crowd. A great quiet date place. We had to come back and check out the brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the entrees so much I ordered two for myself. Great specials at nice prices for the gourmand - not a pancake house. Crab omlet was great as were quiche and prime rib. A class place in a crass place.
