Not Happy

I am not and have never been an employee of this company or any competing company. I regret to write at this time, I do not recommend Sweetwater construction and Gary Honeywell. They are capable of doing good work; and up until now, I have been on good terms with them. The first job that I hired them for was completed and done well. They were friendly and easy to work with. There was a contract written and I paid an initial payment; and then the rest of the money was paid by payments made during different phases of the job. Unfortunately, the next two contracts I have signed with Sweetwater Construction have not gone so well. Gary Honeywell ask for payments early before different phases of the work were completed; and I made the mistake of paying them. Now, they been paid all the payments and I cannot get them to come back and complete the work. I may have to seek legal help in order to get them to finish work that should have been completed last year. For sure, if you do hire this company, or if you already have hired them, do not give them any payments until the stages of the work are completed as per the contract. I have called Gary Honeywell time and time again and he just tells me that they might be back "next week". But, they do not show up. (Edited September 10, 2014)
