Help us make it rightI had Sweetland's come to my home to service my gas log fireplace. I had an issue with starting the fireplace and confirming the mal-function of the emergency shut off valve. Without being too technical,the tech spent an exorbitant amount of time and charged multiple overlapping diagnostic charges for 2 simple fixes. $532 later, he left with a frustrated look on my face. Beware of excessive charges and double billing!
