Natalia did an amazing job cleaning our home. For the initial cleaning she was here all day, as a very meticulous person, I was incredibly satisfied with her work. Svetlana came by during the day to see how things were going. I have never had that occurred my 20 years of hiring cleaning services. Great customer service!
Everything went well, from the informative and detailed phone conversation with Svetlana at the outset to the kind girl who was sent to do the cleaning (Olga) on the day I preferred. I will use them again.
They came promptly and on time and did their job.

Inconsistent and difficult to work with. Different cleaners show up without any communication regarding changes. Didn't do quality work.
