Dr. Boyd delivered my first baby. The office is overall disorganized. Multiple times I had to stop shots/blood work that had already been done. She also gave us an incorrect and very scary diagnosis on a Friday, after telling me my husband didnt need to be there and sitting on the information for a week. Her bedside manner is cold. Very rude front office staff. Not easy to schedule appointments . they delay for weeks to schedule an appointment. So much waiting time like 1 - 1: 30 hr to meet the doctor. Doctor doesn't have courtesy on patients preferences. I would n't recommend this doctor to any of my friends. Very worst experience.
