Don't hold your breath

If you need your medical records from these people it could take a while. My client needed records because she was applying for health insurance and it has been a joke. I called to confirm that the request and the $23 check had been received and I was told that it was and the records would be sent within a week. It's been two weeks and still nothing. My client called and literally begged the woman to send them, she informed her that she only processes records on Wednesday.

I've been using Dr. Staller for about 2 years now. He takes all the time you need and answers your questions. He makes everything very easy to understand. I had switched from a doctor that I had used for years, and he was less than satisfactory! You will love Dr. Staller.
