I have had 3 seperate appointments at IFWH. 2 appts to see Dr Ramos Gonzales & waited 2 hours each to see her, she spent all of 5 min w/me in each one & didnt seem to care about me one way or the other. No one had the courtesy to notify me before hand that she was running so far behind. 1 appt was to go over medical history & hospital procedures-supposed to take approx 15-20 min, took over an...

The office seems understaffed and overworked. They drew blood for tests and lab tech who drew the blood did not label the viles so the lab threw the blood out. Had to go in again to draw blood. Doctor did not call to let me know the lab results when he said he would and I had to plead with the nurse on the phone to get the results since I was eager to know my hcg test results to find out if...

I recently saw Dr. Crockett. She is a wonderful OB GYN. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Great staff and facility.

Excellent physician, excellent bedside manners. Have been a patient for over 12 years. Babies are born everyday and sometimes there maybe a little delay, but worth the wait.
