Maybe because we are from the NY/NJ area we don't understand the hype. The bagels at Surf Bagel and Deli were very pale, very doughy, not crisply at all. Nothing special. Very crowded on a Sunday Morning. Just don't get it!

They have a great selection but be prepared to stand in line. It moves right along so don't let that stop you!

Surf Bagel is the local hang out. They have a wide variety of bagels that are boiled fresh daily- the real way to make a delicious bagel.
My favorite bagel is their coconut bagel. It has just the right amount of coconut to compliment the flavor.

Standing in line a few minutes is expected when you are waiting for this bagel egg sandwich sensation! Bagels, sandwiches, wraps, desserts, etc - oh and the coffee,...my favorite is blueberry coffee! Not happy customers

I received 1 piece of scrapple on a barely toasted bagel and scrapple order. When I returned to cashier to request some cream cheese or another piece of scrapple for my sandwich as the one piece of scrapple that was placed on the bagel was so small and skinny. Her curt response was "that's how they all come."
