I waited for over four hours for the tow truck to pickup my vehicle. The woman in the dispatch office lied to me about when the tow truck would be arriving and if the tow truck driver was in possession of my car. Then to top it all off the two truck driver stripped the gear shaft assembly and now my keys are stuck in the ignition and I am arguing with the insurance company to fix something that was the result of the incompetence of the tow truck driver! WARNING: IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND POSSESSIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CAR ON ANY OCCASION.
I had a pretty bad experience with them. I needed an assistance to tow my car to a mechanic shop. GEICO made arrangements for them to come tow my car, and their time estimate was 45 minutes. They have not showed for 90 minutes, and I had to leave my car for lunch. During that time period the truck arrived, called my cell phone and left me a voice message. When I got back to my car the driver was still there, and rudely told me that the order has been canceled and left. I had to get another tow truck. My advice to everyone would definitely be NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE!

I needed roadside assistance when my bike broke down. This company was contacted by Progressive and I was told they'd be there within the hour. Waited one hour and received an automated phone call saying it would be another 60 minutes. Called progressive and asked to schedule a set time to meet tow truck and they said fine. Set up appointment at 6pm to meet and pick up bike--this was at 1pm. Get back to the bike at 6 and get another automated phone call saying it will be 30 minutes. Then get another phone call saying they should be there but no one has shown up still. It's after 7pm...
