Dishonest. Don't do all the work they bill you for. They try to get out of upholding their contract. Unless you plan to go under the house with them to make sure they repaired what you paid for...

Had my inspection today...and it is with great comfort to know we are termite free... The guys that came out were wonderful! Felt bad for them though as the crawl space was pretty full of water...yes that is life in CarolAnne farms... But they drudged through... Very personable and professional!

They have fixed at no charge the damage that was caused in my attic. They may need to be some more work done, but the office has been working with me and being very helpful . Thank you !
