Superior Termite & Pest Control is not an honest company! I have a contract with this company. Today I had an appointment scheduled for my warranty renewal inspection which I already paid for. The inspector was a no show. I was home the entire day. The only person who showed up at my house today was the UPS man delivering a package. I called Superior's office and told the Customer Service Rep that their inspector was a no show. The Customer Service Rep called the inspector and then informed me, '" the inspector said he came to my house knocked on my door and that no one answered so the inspector proceeded with the inspection". There's no Freakin way! I was here all day constantly on the look out for the inspector. Furthermore I was in my living room when I wasn't checking out the window for the inspectors arrival. My living room is situated right above the crawl space entry door. If someone tried to open my crawl space and go under my house I would have heard it. Lastly, If Superior's inspector did manage to get into my back yard to climb under my house, he would have shown up on my security camera which would have also sent me a an alarm on my cell phone. You guessed it! No show on the security camera either. Not only did these people waste my time and steal money, but they out right lied to me. I really hate being lied to. If this isn't fraud then I don't know what is!
I am a property manager in the Hampton Roads area and use Superior on all of my pest and termite jobs. They are very knowlegable about all situations that arise.
