My family and I have used Superior for years. I have trusted Mr. Lauderbach with my taxes and so has all our our family. I have no problems with them or their service. In Feburary of 2008 I went 2 Superior 2 have my taxes prepared. Well everything was fine until I never recieved my refund. I contacted the IRS to claim my refund n was told that my account # was entered incorrectly for direct deposit n they would be sending me a paper check. I recieved my paper check about 9 weeks after speaking with the IRS. Then I nver recieved my Ecnomic Stimulus check. I called back 2 the IRS to claim my Stimulus n was told that I was listed as a Dependent my tax return. I should have been listed as Single That is why I nver recieved the check. I was really upset by the quality of service I received at Superior Tax service. When I dropped off my tax return they told me they would contact me within a week. I waited the week and heard nothing.
