The worst service ever. Very bad attitude and they don't even know how to blow dry your hair after a cut. Sucks is the word. Ken assumes he is the manager but had no decency on how to behave with a customer and has serious attitude issues. Total jerk!!! I am surprised how he was even hired at the first place. Worst experience ever!!!!
