We have been customers of this Super Cleaners for over 4 years. Recently the quality of the drycleaning has been getting steadily worse. The collars of my husbands shirts have been poorly ironed. We have requested light starch. The shirts usually come back stiff. I have gotten 2 white table clothes back with stains still in the fabric. They were not marked as still stained & I was able to remove the stains myself. The final straw was when I got back an expensive shirt with a large pull in the fabric. I went in to discuss the above issues with the managers, and left the ruined shirt (with the drycleaning tag still attached). After 2 weeks of waiting for a manager to contact me, I went into the shop. The very sweet & helpful employee told me that the manager stated that they didn't believe that Super Cleaners was responsible for any of my issues. I am now using Zoots!

Unbelievably bad customer service- dropped off suit for Christmas and confirmed in person and again by phone that they would be open until 1400 on Christmas Eve- arrived just before noon to find shop closed!!!! The person who identified herself as manager but refused to tell me her name or the name if the owner grabbed suit out of my hand and threatened me when I stated I did not think I should...
Everytime I visit, the owners are extremely friendly and kind. More importantly, they do an excellent job within a short period of time. I wouldn't even think to go anywhere else.
