The hotel was run down and smelled like old cigarette smoke everywhere, the front desk clerks were friendly which was the only bright side of my stay.

They mischarged us, put us into a smoking room after we booked & after having told us that it was non smoking. The room was dirty, insufficiently supplied with towels & soap, had no hair conditioner, & was rife with prostitutes & drug addicts hanging over the balcony rails, being loud & playing loud music, late into the night. Worst stay, ever.
