The room itself was decent but the bathroom was gross. The tub was actually painted over at one point and was now peeling all over. The stopper for tub was missing, but honestly who would want to take a bath in something like that, anyway? We only stayed one night, but could tell this place attracted its share of hoodlums...
This hotel is right on the beach, you could not ask for a better location. My room was non-smoking, but smelled like an old bar, bedspread had cigarette burns, air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. The shower was so nasty I was worried about putting my bare feet in it. This was awful.
I get there, they have me booked for a non-smoking king bed. I enter the first room, it wreaks of smoke. I go to the front desk, the lady mentions, I don't know why people smoke in a non-smoking room. Then asks me if the room looked clean enough to rent to another person, I said I guess so. Then...
Place needs some upkeep. Usually check reviews first but didn't have time. Stayed there for two nights was supposed to be there a week so I paid for weekly rate said they don't give refunds on weekly rate but they did charge me for two nights and refunded the rest of my money back so that was nice of them....
Between the rude desk clerk,the horrific people in the room next to us,the law having to be called due to the horrific people next to us we will not be back and will spread the word on the poor management of this place. It's really bad when people can break into a room party and management isn't aware of it.
