I made reservation on line. The clerk could not find my reservation then it was all tangled up in some other paperwork on the desk. The next day I asked for some towels and washcloths which they where given to me. We lefted the room and when me and my kids returned NO ONE had been in to clean our room at ALL!! wow... before me and my husband found our apartment (hes NAVY) we stayed here and not only were the rooms clean and welcoming, the customer service in the lobby was great! High Speed internet access, convenient to shopping centers...or if your cheap like me theres a McDonalds and Taco Bell right across the road...if i could, i would live there!!! only...of course you have your annoying people...

I stayed here about 6 weeks in April & May of 2006. When I returned home, I cancelled my temporary change of address to Super 8 @ Newport News. Recently, I put another temp. change of address in to another state where I'm working. I wasn't getting any mail. So, I called my small-town post office. The postmaster told me , some how, the system was showing Newport News (Super 8) as my permanent...
