I have been stay at this hotel on and off since June 2012 and never had a problem .The staff has always been friendly.The room and bathroom are clean . The only thing is that they could do better on the breakfast. But beside that a good place for the money

Stayed here 1 night with my in-laws (they stayed here longer). We needed a hotel close to NS Norfolk and this is only a mile away. The night manager was kind of a turd, didn't know our reservation ect, we had reserved a smoking room but didn't get it. At 2 am we didn't care we just wanted to sleep....

1) our reservation was wrong,Mrs. Patel gave us another rm.They were cleaning the a/c & carpet. 2 hrs. after arriving for the 2nd. time that day the a/c poured over the floor.
