Convenient to the concert I attended.\n\nMotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious. Only thing they did not have as advertised was the coffee pot in the room.

Directly across from Neuse Sport Shop.\n\nNo room in parking lot for parking a truck pulling a boat.\n\nExellent motel for the price. Parking lot not sufficient however for those folks who pull a boat.

Easy to find, close to where I needed to go, fairly clean and quiet.\n\nOverall, enjoyed hotel stay; clean, quiet and close to where I needed to go.

Availability.\n\nRoom condition.\n\nThe handicap room leaves a lot to be desired. No coat/hat rack. No (inadequate) tub handles (restraints).

Room was comfortable.\n\nBathtub and commode showing wear.\n\nI enjoyed my stay and will be returning to the hotel again for future stays.
