We obtained a mortgage through Suntrust set up a Suntrust checking and savings bank account.

Using our Suntrust bank account, we set up auto pay for our mortgage and utilities in July. On August 2nd, the day after the first mortgage payment was due, I checked the account to make sure it was paid and it was not. I called the Suntrust help line and she assured me that the auto payments were set...

We made a deposit at SunTrust Banks.

We have been using SunTrust for is various previous names for probably 25 years. We are very pleased. They have branches that have extended hours and we like that. We find them to be very friendly and we find them to act quickly on any issues that we bring to their attention.
