Once again I was stung by the awful customer service that seems to dominate Durham. I dropped off 3 articles of clothing on a Monday & was told they'd be ready for pick-up on Wednesday after 5pm. It just so happened that I was in the area when I went for lunch Wednesday so I decided to stop in to see if my clothes were ready. It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. When I handed the lady my ticket stubs she looked at them and said, ""This says they won't be ready until AFTER 5pm, but I'll look for them anyway."" She proceeds to find all 3 articles of clothing ready for pick-up and tells me it...
