We have not been here a while and the dim sum is always fresh and excellent. The Har gaw and sui mai, taro root, and chicken feet was excellent. The ladies pushing the food carts were very prompt and came around often.
The Singapore noodles was just OK but the Beef Chow fun was excellent.
Service is OK, typical Chinatown...

I first had lunch at this place many years ago, and was then very satisfied.
This time (may 2013) I came back, but was very disappointed. and that is why:
Quality of food: most of the dim sum dishes were just OK,though I had better memories from the past. so i can give it a rating of "good".
